I have received a damaged/incorrect item, what do I do?

Sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect/damaged item.

You can either take the item back to your nearest Calendar Club store with the receipt or online email order confirmation or request a free returns label to send the item back to our Head Office.

To request a free returns label, please contact our Customer Services Team. Our office opening hours are 8.30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Any contact outside of this time will be responded to on the next working day.
